Don Bosco Prep has stepped-up its schedule over the last couple of years with national games against the likes of De La Salle (Concord, CA) and Prattville (AL).
In 2010, The Ironman will continue the tradition of challenging the best the country has to offer. According to The Star-Ledger, DBP will play 2008 Ohio Division I champ St. Ignatius in the fall.
The report also points-out that the St. Ignatius game announcement has upset 2009 Florida 6A champ Manatee, which reportedly is saying DBP backed-out of a deal for a 2010 game.
Thanks to De La Salle and Prattville playing in 2009 state championship games, and DBP winning another New Jersey Non-Public state title, the Ironmen finished #1 in the USA Today Super 25.
